Every garment is made to order, that is the logo is embroidered or attached to the ready-manufactured garment. This process takes a few days. As soon as your order is complete and quality checked, we will send it. From then on, delivery takes 1-2 days.

You can track the delivery progress of your order once it’s been despatched. Simply log in to your account and visit my orders.

Standard delivery is £2.50, if you would like to get your order a little quicker, email us and tell us in no less than 500 words, why you think you deserve to jump the queue, and if we kike your reasoning, we’ll send your order express delivery for no extra charge.

Right now we ship to the UK only. We are working on international shipping so sign up to the newsletter and as soon as we have nailed this, we’ll make a big deal about it so you’ll know.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can even use PayPal to by pay card, without having a Paypal account.

We think you’ll be satisfied with your purchase from House Of Beards However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, within 14 days of reciept, we’ll refund or exchange your item to the same value, without question.

Oils, Balms & Waxes:

We will not refund or exchange orders due to personal taste. We will, however, provide an exchange due to allergic reactions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will send the replacement order with free shipping.
