Contract Formation

All orders made by you through the House of Beards website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

No contract will exist between you and House of Beards for the sale by House of Beards to you of any product unless and until House of Beards sends you an e-mail confirming that your product has been dispatched.

Termination of Contract

House of Beards reserves the right to terminate a contract at any time.

Any breach of the terms and conditions can result in an order, contact or account being termination. If termination occurs, House of Beards may contact to advise but reserve the right to terminate without notice.

Termination of contract will result in any product return becoming void.

Faulty products can still be returned for inspection but may be returned to you and no action taken.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Payments, Refunds and Credits

Payment must be made in advance of any order being processed. Payment received from you by House of Beards does not initiate the contract of sale, as stated in Contract Formation above. 

Payments can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Android Pay. The payment reference that will appear on your statement is House Of Beards. 

The payment gateways used by House of Beards are PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Android Pay. All gateways are an SSL secured payment method and your details are securely sent to the gateway servers, as per their privacy policy. 

Clothing:

We offer a 14 days return on products that for hygiene reasons have not been opened or used. 

Products that are faulty or defective on delivery, we offer a replacement or refund. The replacement will not be dispatched until the original faulty or defective product has been received and confirmed to be a manufacturer fault or defect. 

The refund will not be processed until the original faulty or defective product has been received and confirmed to be a manufacturer fault or defect. 

If a product develops a fault after the 14 days standard return period, the product may be returned for inspection whereby it will be checked. 

If the product fault is a manufacturer fault, a refund will be issued to the method used for payment. 

If the product fault is a cause of misuse or clear that the instructions provided have not been adhered to, the product may be returned to you, not repaired and a refund will not be issued. You will be advised of the out come of a return for inspection. You may be charged for the return costs in this instance. 

Oils, waxes, balms and cosmetics:

It’s recommended that you test a small drop on your wrist for 24 hours to check for any irritation or allergic reactions before using on your face.

We will not refund or exchange orders due to personal taste.  We will, however, provide an exchange due to allergic reactions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will send the replacement order with free shipping.

If you didn’t get exactly what you ordered? email us at [email protected] and we will do what it takes to make things right as soon as we can.

Delivery Information

When your order has been dispatched, House of Beards will send you an email to advise. The normal delivery period is 3-5 working days from dispatch, however allow longer for larger parcels. If an item that has been ordered is no longer available or temporarily out of stock, you will be advised either by email or on your delivery note, or both.
